As much time as your customers spend online and on social media, they love hearing from you because it gives your company a friendly, human face. Understandably it can be tricky to keep track of all of your followers’ interactions, but the quicker and more you respond to their feedback/comments, the more opportunity you have of giving them a good experience with you, your company, and your brand.

Remember in the old days when the rule was that if a customer has a bad experience, they will tell 10 of their friends? Now they don’t say anything they just post it on their social media page and trust me, they have more than 10 friends in their following. If you are able to quickly address any concerns and thank them for their feedback, you put yourself in a position where they can only praise you and your company to others.

#3 Mistake to Avoid: Content Automation

For many small businesses, creating content and managing social channels regularly are tough tasks. This can take a lot of time and effort, which is why so many businesses fail to update frequently. Bonus Mistake to Avoid: Using Facebook’s “Boost”

This may sound like an easy way to get your ad or post more views or engagement and if you are lazy, it is.
